Description:
Event Registration allows your participants to register in advance for the conference via the internet and receive a unique user pin to obtain access to the Event without waiting in queue for an operator. A Participants list can be provided after the Event.

Dedicated Speaker number ensures the speakers are prioritised and answered very quickly when dialling in. A dedicated speaker number must be used in connection with Direct Dial in.

Language of Conference

Conference type*

Fully Interactive - All connected lines are left open for the duration of the call. This conference type is only recommended for up to 30 lines.

Presentation Only - All lines are placed in a listen only mode. No Q&A is included

Presentation followed by Q&A - All lines (apart from the speakers) are placed in a listen only mode during the presentation. This is followed by a managed Q & A session.

Live Venue - Call held in an auditorium to a live audience on site. This is followed by optional Q&A from the telephone conference.

We recommend that a test call is done before the live event to ensure good audio quality or that the main line connects 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start of the call.

Rebroadcast - A recording is played to all connected participants. This is followed by optional Q&A from the telephone conference.

Check requested services

Security/Restricted List (client provided): A list of conference attendees provided in advance by the client conference scheduler to the conference operators to verify each caller's name and/or other identifying information before allowing access to the conference.

Communication Line: A private conference line between the customer and a Genesys Operator which allows information regarding the conference to be communicated via the phone without interrupting the main audio conference.

Audio View: An intuitive and easy to use online interface that allows moderators and speakers to view their audio participant's information and connections status. It also allows moderators to view and manage the Q&A queue.

Participant List: A list of those who attended conference call which can be e-mailed to the hosting organisation after the conference call.
Please be advised that when requesting multiple pieces of information for a Participant List, participants may experience a delay entering your conference in a timely fashion.

Instant Replay Participant List: Participants who access a Instant Replay via the phone can be prompted to speak their name at the tone before listening to the replay. These names are transcribed into a participant list that is sent once the instant replay has expired.
